Walkthrough Menu

General Tips

• There is no timer.
• The Map (A) shows locations in the current neighborhood and which people are there. It also helps keep track of your progress.
• Check Flo’s Notebook (B) to see tasks you are working on.
• There are 33 BALLOONS and 20 RECYCLE BOTTLES in the outdoor scenes in each neighborhood. You must collect all of these to progress. In the screenshots, the BALLOONS are marked in blue and the RECYCLE BOTTLES are marked in green.
• The Balloon Icon (C) shows how many you have found in the current neighborhood.
• Use the Stop Sign (D) in the lower right to exit to the Main Menu.
• The game auto-saves when you leave a location. If you exit the game in the middle of a location, you will have to redo that location.
• To save your progress, leave the location through any door before you exit the game. When you return you can go back through the door and continue where you left off.
• To get clues about what to do next, talk to all the people. You can also click on Flo and sometimes she will give you a clue. There is no Hint button for the main adventure.
• You can also check the Map for locations with unfinished tasks.
• If the Cursor is a tiny talk bubble, you need to talk to people before continuing.
• You earn all but one of the Trophies automatically as you complete each adventure. To earn the Recycle All Bottles trophy you must put the 20 bottles from neighborhood 3 into the Recycling Machine at the Subway entrance before you enter the Hotel.
• When you click the HINT button for the mini-games Flo will give you a text clue.
• Each mini-game has several levels. Each level is harder than the previous.
• The SKIP button only skips one level. You must wait for it to recharge before skipping another level.
• The BACK button leaves the mini-game. You will have to return and finish the mini-game later.
• After you have played a mini-game in story mode, it will be unlocked in the ACTIVITY MODE on the Main Menu.

Napkins

• Click through the dialogue until you need to stop the Puree Machine. Unplug the cord (A).
• Use the SCISSORS (B) to cut the Yarn where the Sweater is jamming the machine.
• Finish the dialogue, then exit through the Door (C).
• Talk to Tony. Then go left.

• Collect the FLYER (D) and return to the right. Give the FLYER to Tony.

• The tutorial will give you the first BALLOON. Collect the remaining BALLOONS (blue) and RECYCLE BOTTLES (green).
• Go left to the Baby Chic Boutique.

• Collect the RECYCLE BOTTLES and BALLOONS, then enter the Baby Chic Boutique (E).

• Talk to Chloe and Aunt Ethel.
• Collect the 9 BURP CLOTHS.
• Talk to Chloe again. You need a KEY to find the 10th Burp Cloth.
• Collect the KEY (F) from the Cuckoo Clock.
• Use the KEY on the Drawer (G) and get the 10th BURP CLOTH.
• Give the BURP CLOTHS to Chloe.
• This triggers the Photo Studio mini-game.

• You must dress each baby using the clues the adult gives you. There are several possible solutions.
• Click on CHECK OUTFIT in the upper left when you are ready. The adult will tell you if you need to make changes.
• There is no limit to the number of tries you have.
• Once you have an acceptable outfit, click NEXT in the lower right for the next customer.
• The screenshot shows an acceptable outfit for each baby.
• Talk to Chloe. She will give you the basket of folded NAPKINS.
• Exit the shop.

2: Table Linens

• Go to the Laundry on Readmore Street.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Talk to the Twins, then take the DIRTY TABLECLOTHS (A).
• Go inside the Laundry (B).
• Talk to Hal. He needs washers to fix the machine. Go back outside.
• On the street in front of the Laundry, examine the TOOL BOX (C). It’s stuck under the Car (D).
• Click on the Car (D) a couple of times until you take a PHOTO of it.
• Go back inside the Laundry. Show the PHOTO to the people there (they won’t recognize it).
• Since there’s nothing more you can do here, go right to Darla’s Cafe.

• Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Show Darla the PHOTO. She suggests the car might belong to someone famous.
• Go left to the Subway entrance.

• Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Talk to Derek. Show him the PHOTO; he says the car belongs to Simon.
• Go back to the Laundry and go inside.

• Talk to the Tourists. Find their SOCKS.

• Go to the Library. Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Talk to the Businesswoman and take one of the Cell Phone Pamphlets (E).
• Go inside the Library (F).

• Go to the library and get a box of BINDER CLIPS (G). Exit through the Glass Doors.
• Go back to the Subway entrance.

• Give the BINDER CLIPS to Derek and you will find the LUCKY SOCK (H).

• Go to the Diner. Give the PHOTO to Simon. He will agree to move the Car.
• Go back to the Laundry. Pick up the TOOLBOX.
• Go inside the Laundry.

• Give Tipper her LUCKY SOCK.
• Give the TOOLBOX to Hal. He will fix the washer.
• Check your purse for 6 DOLLAR BILLS.
• Put the DOLLAR BILLS in the Token machine (I). They’ll be too wrinkly.
• Go to Darla’s Café.
• Give Darla the DOLLAR BILLS. This will trigger a mini-game.

• Serve each customer their requested order. The items are as shown.
• 1 = Sandwich, 2 = Hot Dog, 3 = Salad, 4 = Soup, 5 = Muffin, 6 = Sundae, 7 = Soda, 8 = Juice, 9 = Water.
• Each customer will only order 1 item. You can carry 2 at a time.
• If you deliver the wrong item to a customer, you will have to start that level over.
• Level 1: Hardhat: sandwich; Boy: sandwich; Girl: Soda.
• Level 2: Glasses: Juice; Hardhat: Hot Dog; Jogger: Muffin; Senior: Juice.
• Level 3: Hardhat: Soda; Girl: Salad; Flower Girl: Sundae; Senior: Water.
• Level 4: Glasses: Hot Dog; Hardhat: Soup; Jogger: Sundae; Senior: Soup; Girl with Flower: Sundae.
• Level 5: Glasses: Salad; Hardhat: Water; Boy: Sandwich; Jogger: Water; Girl with Flower: Muffin, Senior: Sandwich.
• Level 6: Glasses: Muffin; Hardhat: Soda; Boy: Soup; Jogger: Juice; Senior: Salad; Girl with Flower: Muffin; Senior: Juice.
• Give Darla the DOLLAR BILLS and she will iron them.
• Go back to the Laundry.

• Put the DOLLAR BILLS in the Token Machine (I) and get 12 TOKENS.
• Put TOKENS in the Vending Machine (J). The DETERGENT will get stuck.
• Pick up the COAT HANGER (K). Use it on the Vending Machine (J) to get the DETERGENT.
• Put the DETERGENT, the DIRTY TABLECLOTHS, and TOKENS in the Washer (L).
• Collect the WET TABLECLOTHS.
• Put the WET TABLECLOTHS in the Dryer (M).
• If the Tourists won’t let you use the Dryer, you need to collect their SOCKS, then find Tipper’s LUCKY SOCK. See the instructions earlier in this chapter.
• Put TOKENS in the Dryer.
• Collect the CLEAN TABLECLOTHS.

3: Mini-Desserts

• Continue left to the Oasis Bakery.

• Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Go inside the Bakery (A).

• Talk to the girls.
• The MINI DESSERT COOKBOOK is missing.
• Click on the Ticket Machine (B). The girls will tell you to find TICKET 33.
• Go see Bernie at the Library.

• Talk to Lani the Librarian. She tells you the COOKBOOK is in the sorting system. Go through the Door (C).

• Complete the mini-game to find the COOKBOOK.

• There are multiple paths for some colors. Click once on a conveyor belt to reverse its direction. This guide presents one possible set of solutions.
• Give the COOKBOOK to Lani. She needs your LIBRARY CARD.

• Move the items around in your purse to find the LIBRARY CARD (D).
• Give the LIBRARY CARD to Lani. It’s expired!
• Talk to Bernie and Lani. Bernie will let you use his card, but you must make everyone else be quiet.
• You may need to also talk to Lani a couple of times.
• Give the BINKY (E) to the baby.
• Give the VIDEOGAME BOOK (F) to the boy.
• Give the CELL PHONE PAMPHLET (G) that you got from the businesswoman to the cell phone addict.
• Bernie will finish reading. Check out the COOKBOOK with Lani.
• Go to the Dessert Oasis. Give the Sprouts the Cookbook. They will not serve you because you don’t have TICKET 33. Keep talking to them, and eventually they’ll remember that the people who had #33 were “some guy with some girl.”

• Go to Darla’s Café. TICKET 33 is on the table! Talk to the girl there.
• Click on TICKET 33 and she will give it to you.
• Back to the Dessert Oasis.
• Give TICKET 33 to the Sprouts. They need the INSERT PAN. It is under the Display Case in the lower left.
• Put the INSERT PAN into the Cake O Matic. Now you need the BADGE.
• Go back to the subway entrance.
• Go down into the Station.

• Collect the BADGE (H).
• Go back to the Dessert Oasis.
• Give the BADGE to the girls.

• Arrange the cakes. Diagonally does not count as “touching.”
• Creampuffs have a white filling.
• The Cupcake with the Cherry on top counts as a fruit item.
• You may use an item more than once, unless the level instructions tell you not to.
• You do not have to use all the items unless the level instructions tell you to.

• There are many possible solutions.
• Some sample desserts are: Cheesecake with Chocolate (I), Chocolate Cupcake (J), Creampuff with Chocolate (K), Creampuff with Sprinkles (L), Cupcake with fruit (M), 3 Tarts (N).
• Chocolate icing like the kind on the Cheesecake (L) does not count as Sprinkles.

4: Subway 1

• If you don’t have the 20 RECYCLE BOTTLES yet, go back through each outdoor scene and collect them. They are circled in green.

• Go to the Subway entrance. Zoom in on the Recycle Machine (O).
• Put the RECYCLE BOTTLES into the Recycle Machine.
• Collect the TOKEN.
• Go down into the subway.
• Put the TOKEN into the Turnstile on the right.
• Take the subway to the next neighborhood.

5: Baby Food

• Talk to Tony.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Go left to Wilson’s Daycare to get the PUREE MACHINE.

• Talk to Bobby’s mom.
• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Enter the Daycare (A).

• Talk to Wilson.
• Exit through the Door (B).
• Go to the Market.

• Talk to Grandma and the police officer.
• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Enter the Market (C).

• Talk to Norbert.
• Collect the 10 KIWI, then give them to Norbert.
• This will trigger a word jumble game. When the letters are placed correctly, the tiles turn green.
• If you have a word spelled correctly but the letters did not turn green, take them out and put them in again and it should work.
• Level 1: Pears, Bananas, Apples.
• Level 2: Peas, Carrots, Spinach.
• Level 3: Corn, Eggplant Lettuce.
• Level 4: Oranges, Grapefruit, Pineapple.
• Level 5: Broccoli, Blueberries, Peaches.
• Talk to Norbert and he will give you the ORGANIC VEGETABLES.
• Exit the Market.
• Continue left up Veggie Lane to the Art Gallery.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Go inside the Art Gallery (D).

• Talk to Harmony.
• Click on the RED BULB (E) on the sculpture. Harmony won’t give it to you.
• Pick up the GREEN BULB (F) from the floor. Try to give it to Harmony, but she won’t take it.
• Get the ART MAGAZINE (G) and look at the cover story. Then give the MAGAZINE to Harmony.
• Now she will let you take the RED BULB.
• Exit the Art Gallery and go right to the Market.

• Put the RED BULB on the Broken Tail Light and Officer Otto will give you the KEYS to Grandma’s Car.
• Put the KEYS on the Trunk and it will open, revealing the PUREE MACHINE.
• Collect the PUREE MACHINE and walk right to Wilson’s Daycare.
• Give the PUREE MACHINE to Wilson.
• He needs a GEAR.
• Exit the Daycare.
• Walk right towards YUM YUM Bakery.
• Before you get there, you will see the Tourists standing in front of the Bike Shop.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• There is a GEAR (H) on the ground behind the Tourists.
• Talk to them, and they will let you take the GEAR.
• Walk left to the Daycare Center.

• Go inside and give the GEAR to Wilson.
• Wilson tells you to hand him the VEGETABLES, but you actually need to put them in the PUREE MACHINE (J). This will trigger a mini-game.

• You must clear groups that have one and only one of each of the 3 types of food.
• The foods must be next to each other vertically or horizontally.

• Clear a group of 3 by clicking one square at a time. If the square is acceptable, it turns green.

• When you have clicked on the 3 squares in a group, that group will be cleared from the board.

• There are many possible solutions. This guide features one possible solution for each level.
• Once you complete the mini-game, talk to Wilson and he will give you the PUREED BABYFOOD.

6: Cookie Favors

• Go to the Yum Yum Bakery and talk to Stella. She needs the COOKIE CUTTERS from Jo the Jogger.

• Go all the way to the left until you find Jo at the Dog Park. Talk to her. You need to find some string.
• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.

• Walk to the Art Gallery on Vegetable Lane.
• Talk to the man with the Dental Supplies. Click on the Empty Basket (A) and he will tell you “some goofy looking guy in glasses” took the last package of DENTAL FLOSS.
• Go right and enter the Day Care.
• Click on the DENTAL FLOSS (B) on the left of the sink and Wilson will let you take it.

• Return to the Dog Park and give the DENTAL FLOSS to the Kiteflyer.
• Find the NAIL SCISSORS, then use them on the Kite to cut Jo free.
• Talk to Jo. She will agree to go get the COOKIE CUTTERS. This will trigger a mini-game.

• Your goal is to shoot the treat onto the ground so that the correct kind of dog will run into it.
• Beagles like Flying Discs, Bulldogs like Steaks, Poodles like Dolls, Labs like Bones, Yorkies like Balls, and Dachshunds like Sticks.
• Aim the cannon so the target is a little ahead of the dog on the same path.
• After the mini-game, Jo will give you the COOKIE CUTTERS.
• Take them back to Stella at the Yum Yum Bakery on the far right of Sizzle Street.

• This will trigger a mini-game. Cut out the shapes.

• There are many possible solutions.

• You can place a cookie cutter anywhere its outline turns white.

• See the screenshots for a sample solution for each level.

• Find the BATTERIES. Give them to Stella.
• You need to find FOOD COLORING.
• Go to the park and talk to the Snow Cone Vendor.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• You need to get rid of the Squirrel. Collect the ACORNS in this scene and the dog park to the left.
• When you have 10 ACORNS, give them to the Squirrel; it will leave, revealing the FOOD COLORING.
• Click on the FOOD COLORING and the Snow Cone Vendor will give you some.
• Return to the Yum Yum Bakery by going right down Sizzle Street.
• Give the Food Coloring to Stella.
• Walk through the doors behind her to trigger a mini-game.
• For each cookie, squirt the background color first, then the detail color. Slow clickers should click when the nozzle is at the right edge of the cookie.
• 3 Strikes and you lose the level and have to replay it.
• If you squirt too far to the right, squirt again quickly to try and salvage the cookie.
• Stella will give you the COOKIES when you are finished.

7: Subway 2

• Go to the Subway entrance. Zoom in on the Recycle Machine.
• Put the RECYCLE BOTTLES into the Recycle Machine.
• Collect the TOKEN.
• Go down into the subway.

• Put the token into the turnstile on the right.
• Take the subway to the next neighborhood.

8: Turbo Stroller

• Talk to Tony.
• Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Go right to the Baby Craze Superstore.

• You can only get as far as the Bus Stop.
• Collect the BALLOONS AND RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Talk to Uncle Ernie.
• Check the Grate (A) for the KEYS to see the Alligators.
• Go right to Fantasy Eyeland.

• Talk to the Tourists.
• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Enter Fantasy Eyeland (B).

• Talk to Bernie and the Starlet.
• Click on the baby’s TOY KEYS (C).
• Starla says she needs them, since she can’t leave.
• Collect the LARGE SUNGLASSES (D). They are broken.
• Give the LARGE SUNGLASSES to Bernie. He can’t fix them until you find his own glasses.
• Search the store for GLASSES that look like (E).
• When you have 6, give them to Bernie. One of them is his.
• Give Bernie the LARGE SUNGLASSES again. He will fix them.
• Give the LARGE SUNGLASSES to Starla. She needs something to cover her hair.
• Leave the shop.
• Walk up Champagne Lane.

• Talk to the twins.
• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Continue up the street to the Hotel.

• Talk to Karma.
• Collect the BALLOONS and the RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Ask Karma about the BLUE HAT (F). She will give it to you.
• Return to Fantasy Eyeland.
• Give the BLUE HAT to Starla and she will give you the TOY KEYS.
• Exit the shop and go left to the Bus Stop.
• Pick up the TOY KEYS, then click on the Grate.
• The Alligator will give you the BUS KEYS.
• Give the BUS KEYS to Uncle Ernie and he will get back on the bus.
• Click on the Bus again to go to the Baby Craze Superstore.

• Collect the BALLOONS AND THE RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Enter the Store (G).

• Talk to Seymour to find out you have to take the Elevator (H) to floor 13.
• Floor 13 is a maze.
• Go right twice, down once.

• Seymour told you the Turbo stroller is “blue with two wheels in front and a big wheel in back.”
• It is the rightmost item in the left column on the bottom shelf.
• Click on it. You don’t get the Stroller but you do get a TICKET.
• Go downstairs.
• Give the TICKET to Seymour. He needs help getting items from a list.

• Collect the first 9 items as shown.
• Click on the 10th item, the LAPTOP. It’s too high.
• Take the LADDER (J) and click it on the LAPTOP (10), then collect the LAPTOP.
• You will get a new Find List. Go back up the elevator.
• The items must match the list exactly. Check side color as well as front.

• Go right once. Collect the item on the bottom shelf, center column, third from the left.
• This will trigger a mini-game. There are several possible solutions. See the screenshot for one example.
• Continue right once. The item we need is behind the packing crates. You will have to come back for these later.
• Go down once. Talk to the employee, but he can’t help you.
• Go left once.

• Take the PALLET JACK (N).
• The SPA TUB you need is on the bottom shelf, center column, far left.

• Complete the mini-game.

• Go right. This brings you back up to the top row, on the right side of the packing boxes.
• The item you need has a thin line going across the center.
• It is in the center column, center shelf, 4th from the left.
• Do the mini-game.
• Go down once, left twice, up once, right once. You are back on the top row by the packing boxes.

• Use the PALLET JACK on the Pallet (O). Security tells you you need a WAIVER.
• Put the WAIVER on the Camera (P) to get permission to use the PALLET JACK.
• Use the PALLET JACK on the Pallet and you will collect the item you need.
• Go left twice, back to the elevator.

• Go down once to the Car Seats.
• The one on the list has a gray handle and a pink base. It is in the center column, bottom shelf, far right.
• Click on it to trigger the mini-game.
• Go left once to the Bunny shelf.

• The one you need has a yellow bow and brown ears.
• It is on the left column, center shelf, 4th from the left.
• Click on it to trigger the mini-game.
• Go right once, to the Baby Monitors.

• The one you want is on the left case, top shelf, far right. It’s broken, but take it anyway.
• Go up once to the feeding chair section. Talk to Loretta.

• You can try giving her the broken CRY ANALYZER, but she won’t replace it.
• The baby chair you want is pink, with a square back and a blue tray.
• It is the second item from the left, in the center column on the bottom shelf.
• Use the CLEANING SPRAY you got from the Customer Service Desk on the dirty chair.
• Do the mini-game.
• Go left once, right once, and up once.

• Give the CRY ANALYZER to Tyler. He needs help.
• If you don’t already have a STORE MAP, go left once, then right once.
• You will be by the Information Kiosk.
• Take a STORE MAP.
• Return to Tyler by going left once and up once.
• Give Tyler the STORE MAP.
• Give Tyler the CRY ANALYZER. He will meet you in the Gadgets Aisle.
• Go left twice. Tyler will be there.
• Talk to Tyler and he will give you the CRY ANALYZER.
• Go left, up, and right, to return to the Elevator.
• Go downstairs and give the Registry Items to Seymour. He will give you the TURBO STROLLER.
• Click on the Bus to go back to the Bus Stop.

9: Quinn’s Outfit

• From the Bus Stop, go right as far as you can down Pancake Road to get to Flo’s Apartment.
• Don’t click on the Bus or you will go back to Baby Craze. Instead, find the place above the Bus where the orange arrow appears, then click there.

• Collect the BALLOONS and RECYCLE BOTTLES.
• Click on the orange Door.
• Take the KEYS from Flo’s purse. You will automatically enter the apartment.

• Skillet has the SHOES (A). You’ll get them from him later.
• Enter Quinn’s Room (B).

• Open the Shoebox by the Bed (C) to reveal the DOG BONE.
• Open the Drawer (D) to reveal the Security Manual. Click on it to get the passcode.
• Click on the Security Alarm (E) and Flo will give it the passcode.

• This will trigger a Find the Differences mini-game. It has 3 levels of 4 rounds each.

• If you want to get all the Medals, you must recycle the 20 bottles from this neighborhood before entering the Hotel, so do that if you haven’t already.
• Walk up Champagne Lane, to the Hotel and enter.

• Stack the Gifts.

• The tower doesn’t have to be stable to win the Level; it just has to stay up for a second or two so that the top Gift turns green.

• The easiest way to stack the Gifts is to leave one on the floor next to the tower you are building, Then slide the gifts onto the tower so it will tilt slightly in that direction. The extra Gift will keep it from falling over. You can then move it to the top at the end if you need the extra height.
• Sometimes it is easiest to turn a Gift by dropping it from high in the air and catching it as it turns.
